Each item is packaged individually here in the shop & if you’d like a personal gift message, just send us an e-mail and we’ll happily do that for you (hello@gwenigwyllt.wales). We'll aim to ship each order within 1-2 working days using Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. We'll send you a tracking code as soon as it’s been dispatched, so we can keep an eye on it as it makes its way to it’s new home!) 

Delivery-

We can ship worldwide, please allow extra time for international orders. Shipping costs are as follows:

• UK orders £4.95

• European orders £16.50*

• Rest of the world £25.50*

*Please be aware that local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees before delivery. These charges vary by country and are outside our control.

Returns-

We hope that you love your purchase, however if you would like to return your item then we can offer a refund up to 14 days from the postage date (we’re sorry, we can’t refund the postage costs though). All we ask is that you send us an e-mail to let us know (hello@gwenigwyllt.wales) if you wish to return something and items can only be returned if they are unworn and in a saleable condition.
